Property was perfect for our trip. Planned lots of hiking and sightseeing. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Very comfortable and clean property. Would stay again. We were lucky enough to meet the hosts one evening. Very nice people!!

I have stayed here 2 times and it’s perfect for a couple / friends / or whom ever , it’s clean well maintained and perfect location to everything in the area !! The price is great and it feels like I live there , peaceful , relaxing , I willAlways stay here when I visit

We were visiting our son for the weekend and found this little gem nearby. Kim & Ken were great hosts. The little garage apartment was just what we were looking for. Simple, comfortable, easy. It can be surprisingly noisy in the country with cows and chickens chattering in the early morning hours, but for us that was sweet music! We found everything we needed in the kitchen; however, the non-stick skillets are overdue for replacement. We encountered a little glitch with the door keypad, but that was quickly addressed. The location was ideal for us as we were less than 5 minutes to our son in Pisgah Forest and downtown Brevard was still just a short (and easy) drive. We enjoyed the views as well. I would book here again.
