The living level has a full size, modern kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and a great room that opens up to a generous balcony for enjoying the breath-taking sunsets over the Gulf. Halcyon, which means calm, peaceful, and tranquil, is exactly how you will feel during your stay at my house.

The view from this house can’t be beat! Being able to walk right out to the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed all of the beach amenities that were provided as well. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available to us! We even enjoyed the sand toys! Sitting on the back deck enjoying a cocktail at sunset was a 5 star experience!

This is a great house. All the charms of an older home well remodeled, solid wood doors, well insulated walls, so you don’t hear anything in the house when you are in your bed. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have amazing views. My 13 year old loved being on the bottom level with direct access to outside and his own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Lots of glasses. Could use some more plastic cups for beach. Bikes are great and lots of beach stuff in garage. Highly recommend. The only con is the house is on the public beach access. Was not an issue for me but some members of my family found that annoying on the busy days. It’s still very private even with walkers by.
