Downstairs bedroom with 1/2 bath is convenient for those with young children or elderly who do not want to go upstairs. Can be configured as a family room with sleeper couch or with queen bed as a bedroom.

Country Club like facilities for the whole family to enjoy - extensive gardens, large swimming pool, fire pit, BBQ, Santa Maria Grill, 14ft trampoline (with full safety enclosure), table tennis and basketball.
