About this apartment rental
This luxurious 2 bedroom oceanfront condominium located at One Ocean Place - 12 floor. A premier resort located 10 minutes from airport and directly on the ocean in the heart of the Grand Strand area. The unit offer just spectacular views of the of the ocean from both the main living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and has just been renovated with a beautiful tile floor. Sliding glass doors out to balcony and a beautiful ocean view. Newly renovated bathroom is on suite to the master. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds that can be turned into a full and is beautifully decorated and has the new tile floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with a flat panel TV and DVD as well as access to INTERNET/Netflix, etc. The kitchen, dining and living room area have just been fully renovated to include new floor , new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4 as well as a dining area that sits six and overlooks the living room that has 42 flat panel TV ( cable hooked up)and DVD. The dining /living room has five floor to ceiling glass doors of which two open up to a large oceanfront balcony. The kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with new stove, refrigerator , microwave and dishwasher. Free wi-fi is provided.
Property is very well maintained and has two sparkling clean oceanfront pools and hot tubs that are on a raised deck overlooking the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and just steps aways from the white sandy beach. Property has 24 hr security and has gated parking. Two cars are allowed per unit inside the covered parking area.
Garden City is ten minutes from the airport and close to all Myrtle Beach attactions including golf, beaches, shopping, shows and amusements parks.

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and it again did not disappoint. Gorgeous views, great amenities and a beautiful condo. One Ocean Place is our favorite as it is steps to the beach, has 2 beautiful pools and hot tubs and is always immaculate. The condo has everything you could possibly need and we can’t wait to visit again!

I would recommend this property. It was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of the ocean from both the living room and primary bedroom. It was fun to see the seagulls close up as they were flying by. The living room was a good size and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen too much or the amenities such as pool, hot tub, beach umbrellas, etc, as we spent most of our time with family who were staying in a nearby beach house. The unit could use a new deadbolt as we had difficulty locking it numerous times. Overall, a nice unit. The building itself is showing some age in the elevators, but they work fine.

The view is simply amazing from this terrific and well-maintained condo. It was very comfortable for our group of four and wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The kitchen is well stocked: coffee pot, air fryer, electric water heater, blender, mixer, and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The washer and dryer worked great. There were lots of little things passed along from previous guests, like coffee filters, sunscreen, detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, bathroom air fresheners - we bought a few things and left other behind for the next guests. Everything was clean when we arrived and the property is easy to navigate. The beds are very comfortable, all the linens were clean and I appreciated not having to bring my own.Electronics and wi-fi were easy and we had no trouble finding live sports on Hulu (super important as we were there during the NCAA basketball tournament). We had a slight mishap with a glass-topped table (our fault) and Phil was super easy to communicate with and very responsive.The location is very close to a grocery store, just a short drive away from pretty much every kind of attraction in the area. We did not have any issues with noise from neighbors in the building. We loved the location and are ready to go back for our next visit.
