About this house rental
Visit Gulf Afterdune Delight Cape San Blas Beach House
Our home is located on the South End of the Cape at the end of a dead end street with plenty of parking. Pool heat is an additional charge ($50 per day maximum, but fee may be seasonally lowered).
Ground Floor: Ground floor entry. Recreation room with ping pong table, 50" HDTV, mini refrigerator and wet bar. Bunk room with four bunks, individual lighting for each bunk and a 32" HDTV. Pool view bedroom with king size bed, 32" HDTV and attached shared bathroom. Bathroom with double vessel sinks, granite counter tops and walk in tile shower with sliding glass door. Direct access to fenced in private pool area with enclosed outdoor shower from the recreation room.
Second floor: Spacious, open living room, kitchen and dining area. Gulf views while you enjoy preparing dinner or relaxing after a day on the beach. Fireplace and 55" HDTV can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen and dining area. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and bar seating for three. The kitchen is also equipped with double oven, ice maker and dishwasher. Walk in pantry to store all your supplies for your beach stay. Beach view bedroom with queen size bed and 32" HDTV. Bathroom with granite counter top and walk in glass tile shower with glass door. Walk out the sliding door from the kitchen to the screened in porch with comfortable seating and gas grill. A stairway leads from the screened in porch to the private pool area and the private beach boardwalk.
Third floor:Gulf front master suite with king bed, 49" HDTV, and enormous deck overlooking the gulf. Private master bathroom with double vessel sinks, granite counter tops, walk in tile shower with glass door and jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and 32" HDTV. The two queen size bedrooms share a large full bathroom with double vessel sinks, granite counter tops, and jacuzzi tub/tile shower combo with sliding glass doors.
Outdoor: Private heated pool with covered patio area for hot afternoons. Pool heat is an additional charge ($50 per day maximum, but fee may be seasonally lowered). Outdoor shower for convenience after a day on the beach. And, a private boardwalk that leads to the beautiful gulf.

The host was great. The house was great. We had a couple of issues and they responded immediately. We loved the private boardwalk. The walk to the beach is more like 300 yards and with little ones I would suggest holding hands. There are no rails and the land underneath is marshy. I would also suggest bringing your own attachment for the bedroomTVs such as a Roku fire stick or whatever you stream with. The reception is limited. The master beds are very comfortable but the guest beds, not so much. They are firmer and squeaky. The kids loved the small pool and outdoor shower. The beach is very secluded. We had a few crab bites but the shells were beautiful. The water was muddy due to a storm so idk if it is typically blue or clear. There is some construction going on out front and next door but it didn’t bother us. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. The price for the size was phenomenal.

Very easy to get into contact with the hosts. Very accommodating. Quick three minute walk to the beach! Enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was amazing. Anything you want was there, was very clean and easy to locate. The beach on the other hand was about 200 yards from the house and the ocean was muddy and the water was awful. The sand was very narrow so if you’re looking for a great house to get away, it has its own private pool and the house was wonderful. The only thing that may not let us go back to this property would be the beach.
