Location. View. Kitchen well stocked. Friendly staff.
No AC. Broken fan that wasn’t replaced until final night. Hard balcony chairs with no cushions (cushions delivered once requested). No comfortable chairs or sun umbrella for balcony. Leaking ceiling in balcony (for one day). Black mold in shower.
