About this apartment rental
In the heart of the village, this family apartment of 165 m2, totally renovated in 2018 and contemporary style, overlooking 120 m2 of wooden terrace, with a totally landscaped garden and quiet. It can accommodate up to 12 people. An additional veranda of 20 m2 is at your disposal in case of bad weather, rare in the region ... a solarium of 20m2 will also allow you to enjoy the sun.
Air-conditioned rooms overlooking the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ on the terrace, large living room, wifi, large TV ...
The center of the village, the beach and shops are within walking distance.
Private parking makes it possible to park one car.
Housing
The house is particularly well equipped. The large main room is perfectly separated from the five bedrooms.
A first master suite includes a bedroom with double bed, its private bathroom, and a large adjoining room that can accommodate 4 additional beds.
A second master suite has two bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 bunk beds) and a large family bathroom (bath + 1 shower + 1 toilet).
A last independent room with its private bathroom (and toilet) is available depending on the number of guests.
A separate toilet completes this beautiful set, with plenty of storage space for your belongings. A separate laundry is at your disposal with washing machine, dryer line, iron / ironing board.
The supply of linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price.
If needed, a high chair, a cot and a baby bath.

Un jardin zen, un logement bien équipé où chacun dispose d’espace. En ville, sans en subir les nuisances, c est un lieu que nous recommandons.
