Spacious 2 bed/1.5 bath first floor unit with extended living room. Walk right out your back door to the canal and boat docks. Living room offers comfortable leather seating & TV, DVD, VCR. Master bedroom features king size bed with TV. Master bath has tub with shower head and glass doors. Guest bedroom has twin beds with TV. Guest bath is half bath. Washer/dryer included and unit sleeps up to 4 people. New Wi-Fi!!!

Our first floor condo was very nice with both remodeled bathrooms. Enjoyed the quietness being on the bay side with its on pool. Then the access and convenience of the beach and close to restaurants and shops.
