We had a great time. Property was clean, bigger than I expected, and the pool and property were great. Very easy access to the convention center.

Stayed over the New Year holiday. Location was good for getting to the parks and Disney Springs. Jim was great to work with. Very communicative and was a great help with my reservation. Once you arrive, however, you deal with the onsite team. The pictures on VRBO are not the same as the place in which you will stay, so be prepared for that. The online pictures show a much nicer place. The condo we stayed in was in Building 2. Clean but very dated. We were there for 4 nights and got no less than 7 calls asking us to attend a presentation for buying one of the time-share units. Each time, we declined but they kept calling which got to be a little bothersome. We were there to celebrate the holiday, not to buy a time-share space.
