Spoil Yourself in this one of a kind ocean/sandy beach front Corner Unit with a wraparound balcony hanging over the ocean at the front and what seems like a 'private' sandy swimming beach at the side. (An end corner Unit) This is NOT a High-Rise Complex! (no one above or below you!) A truly priceless location with extensive upgrades and Air Conditioning (a much needed rarity in West Maui Condos.)NON-SMOKING! We Rent Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum. HI TAL # W30314040-02
All recently remodeled and heavily upgraded with beautiful granite counters in the kitchen and baths, feaux-stone tile floors, custom tile work in the showers, flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Living area is downstairs with 1/2 bath while upstairs the bedrooms each have their own full baths. Included is a well supplied kitchen, upgraded linens (including beach towels) (baths come with hair dryer). There are common gas bar-b-q's just down our steps. Covered outdoor area for shade. Nothing else like this in Maui. Wake up to an ocean view before even lifting your head off of the pillow. Views of Islands Molokai and Lanai from living room and master bedroom. Watch the turtles year round and the whales jumping in the winter right from the living room and balconies . The condo is very private as it is an end unit with neighbors only to one side.
This most incredible place to stay in Maui was our personal second home and we just put it back into rental. Everyone who stays here says 'Wow' When they walk through the door. There really is no place like this right on the water! What a Gem!

This was a third visit to the beautiful place. We enjoy the secluded complex away from all the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts. Lynn's unit is beautifully furnished with everything you would expect to find in your own home. Lynn provides an extensive list of local restaurants, shops and activities which makes planning easy. The oceanfront corner unit is quiet and private... no better place to watch turtle, whales and capture the fabulous sunsets.

The view of the ocean was so smazing. We could see turtles swimming and surfacing for air. Every evening we enjoyed watching the sunset with the island as a backdrop. The rainbows were also lovely. Last year when we stayed her we saw a moonbow-magical.

We arrived with our two 10 year old grandchildren. They were very happy to run to the deck to spot their first turtle, one of many sightings. Beautiful sunsets looking out to Molokai . We did some snorkeling in the bay Until the big waves arrived. Then they turned to the pool and were very happy. The grounds keepers surprised them by cutting down some bananas and papayas for them. All in all a comfortable and happy experience.

We just finished our fourth time staying at the Kahana Sunset Resort. The last two times we have stayed in Lynn Foster's A-1 Condo Unit. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Maui! This A-1 Condo is a corner unit and believe me when I say that it offers the most spectacular Maui Beach view you could ever hope for. The condo is extremely well stocked and very, very clean! It has access to a private beach just feet from the front door. If that's not enough the condo's balcony overlooks a Sea-Turtle Preserve and you are able to watch sea-turtles feed on the reef below. It's amazing! The A-1 Condo is a great value, but the best part of renting this unit is dealing with it's owner, Lynn Foster. Lynn is very professional, very fair, and very accommodating. Her friendly manner makes the vacation experience one that you are sure to enjoy. As I said, we will never stay anywhere else on Maui!
