This end unit Townhome is located in the gated community of Barrier Dunes. See bottom below.
You will have access to two pools (including the gulf front pool), tennis courts and playground.
This quiet little community is located across from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and is a short drive from Port St. Joe and Apalachicola where you will find wonderful shopping and dining districts.
The beach is a two minute walk, where you will find the clubhouse, seaside pool and the cool white sand beaches that are unique and not overly populated.
At the St. Joseph State Park, one can enjoy wildlife, hiking, biking, or water activities-it even hosts a marina to launch a boat.
If you are looking to golf, the St. Joseph's Bay Country Club is just minutes away.
The kitchen is fully stocked with almost every appliance you will need for your vacation, from dishwasher to ice maker!

The condo was just as promised and was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. The outdoor shower was amazing when coming in from the beach. The location was close to the pools and pickle ball courts as well as to the boardwalk to get to the beach. We hit the beach and pool every day. The gated community felt extremely safe and the residents were great to talk to at the beach. Blake had the perfect level of communication with us during our stay!

Excellent condo, great location and amenities! Perfect for a few days away with the family, nice and remote. Will definitely consider coming back when we’re in the area.

Overall, the condo is nice, and I would recommend. It is very convenient to the beach, pool, pond, and pickleball court. It was very clean. There was a cart and extra chairs, and that was helpful. The condo is a bit dated. There was only a loveseat/smaller couch and a chair in the living room, which wasn’t enough for my family of five. More seating would be good. I’ve stayed in many, many places in my travels, and most leave a little more toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. than was there. We had one of each (had a couple of half used TP rolls under the sink) and only two tabs for the dishwasher and two for the washing machine. While I always bring my own things, I’m used to having more than that there. For 5 of us for a week, only having 6 towels was not enough. Especially since they only left two Tide pods. The master bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the fitted sheet came off very easily. We would have to wake during the night and pull it back on. We did enjoy our stay and always love the Cape! I do recommend this condo.

The unit was OK but the beach water was very murky and brown. Sandy was white and pretty but water was clarity and color were a disappointment Was not expecting that. If you are looking for clear water Cape San Blass is not going to be the place to find it -at least in May If you want solitude and peace this is the place.
