I couldn’t fault the house, it was very clean and comfortable in a quiet area close to the town. You could easily walk to the town along a path in roughly 10 minutes. The house itself has everything you need and has plenty of space inside with a nice sit out area in the yard. The host was very welcoming. It is an ideal base for day trips around the Ring of Kerry. There is a petrol station/shop very close to the house that has all of the essentials you need. We had a beautiful meal in Davitts during our stay and would certainly come back again in the future.

The location was good, it’s walkable to the town via a path, though it does take 15 minutes. For us, having the 4 bedrooms made up for the walk as most holiday homes only have 3 bedrooms. There was also charcoal provided for the grill, which we took advantage of.
The only issue was that the clotheshorse was broken, but this wasn’t a big issue and we got by.
