Pros: it was clean, had lots of closet space, beds were comfortable but they were not on bed frames, nice back yard area, conveniently located for our trip, very quiet neighborhood.Cons: it was advertised as a three bedroom but there were only two. One room was locked and may have been a third bedroom but…why?The carpet was very, very worn and dirty. It was more like fuzzy plywood.The grill was filthy and very greasy. It had to be cleaned before we could use it.There were no blackout curtains. Only plastic 1/2” blinds that had broken slats and were useless. We had to make window coverings out of paper bags and extra bath towels so we could sleep.The front door latch was very janky and hard to latch. The deadbolt worked.The kitchen was lacking flatware. There was one knife, one soup spoon, two large spoons and zero small spoons. There was a box of plastic forks. We bought a few pieces so we could eat.The installed microwave had a broken door and was taped shut with packing tape. There was a countertop model to use.The toilet upstairs made a weird bubbling action each time it was flushed. We were a little scared to use it.We felt the unit was oversold as far as its condition. It could be improved, and worth the money charged for it, with a minimal amount of work and funds. Blackout curtains and new carpet (which is only upstairs) would be a great start. We enjoyed our trip but would not stay here again.
