The kitchen is fully furnished and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer are available for use.
The home features an open floor plan that includes a large, fully-stocked kitchen and a formal dining room. Enjoy the living area with plenty of seating and a large flat-screen television . The main house has a downstairs primary suite with king bed and adjoining bathroom; upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with full bed, second with two twins) and a shared bath. In addition there is a second full bathroom downstairs.
The guest apartment has a double bed, a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator (great for chilling beverages and overflow from main house), and a bathroom with shower.
The home features a large, shaded courtyard with seating for several people, perfect for entertaining and gathering. In addition, there is a screened porch with additional seating.

You couldn’t ask for a more perfect location than this beautiful home. Not only was it sandwiched perfectly between the Square and The Grove, the home itself was equal parts spacious and inviting. Mona was an absolute dream hostess with wonderful communication start to finish. It was such a special weekend for my family getting together for the Ole Miss game and the house really was the cherry on top. Thanks, Mona, for the fabulous stay!
