Located on the Arno river, far from the historic centre of Florence only 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bus, this apartment is the ideal place for your holiday in the wonderful city of Florence.
The flat is located in a quite, safe and green area.
You can also reach the historic centre of Florence by bycicle thanks to a lovely bicycle lane straight on the river of Arno
The apartment has a private parking place.
It is also close to the bus stop only 2 minutes walking.
The area where the flat is located has restaurants, bars, a newspaper shop, a pharmacy etc.
The jogging place, bicycles line and the park for childs located on the Area river are very close to the apartment : only 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Le logement nous a globalement satisfait.

Il est propre, spacieux et bien équipé.
Il est a 120 m du bus qui vous amène à 1,20€ plein centre de Florence. La propriétaire est sympa disponible et discrète.

L’annonce sur le site ne précise pas que la journée est majorée de 10€ pour l’électricité, l’eau et le gaz et que le nettoyage au départ est facturé 50€ soit 120€ de supplément pour la semaine passée.
Si le logement se situe dans un quartier calme, il faut savoir que le logement se situe dans un collectif où le voisin du dessus laisse chaque soir son téléviseur à fond jusqu’a minuit et demi.
Le logement ne dispose pas de parking privé contrairement à ce qui est dit dans le descriptif, cependant il y a des places de stationnement à proximité.

Merci à Cristina pour son accueil ... la location se situe à 30 mn en transport en commun de Florence ...facilité de stationnement ...seul soucis c'est qu'il n'y a rien à proximité de la location au niveau commerces (alimentation, Bar ...) ... seulement une pizzeria ... pour ceux qui aiment sortir le soir je déconseille cette location
