WELCOME TO… AQUA 201, a truly gorgeous oceanfront corner unit condo with amazing views. Aqua is located conveniently on Panama City Beach within walking distance of Pier Park. This 1823 square foot gorgeous & totally updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit offers plenty of space, luxurious furnishings and panoramic views of the Gulf. Brand new paint, new tile, trim, etc. New owners have completely redecorated with new beach friendly decor.
Enjoy beds for 8 people. Your king sized master bedroom has amazing gulf views and a separate private door to the balcony. The master also includes a large walk in closet and an over sized master bath with soaking tub, separate glass enclosed shower, and double vanity. Enjoy two other gorgeous guest bedrooms each with a queen bed and their OWN PRIVATE BALCONIES! One of the guest bedrooms also has its own private bathroom. There is an additional large shared bathroom with double vanities. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps 2, plus two additional roll away twin sized beds with memory foam mattresses inside the unit.
You will enjoy a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with stackable front loading washer and dryer. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning. The living and dining areas include ample comfortable seating and amazing views of the Gulf.
From the private terrace, you can see dolphins and sea turtles swimming in the crystal clear aqua waters, while sipping your morning coffee. Watch the lovely sunsets over the pier while enjoying your evening beverage. The units lower floor location makes 201 convenient to beach, pool, BBQ, parking, etc. There is even a separate elevator for floors 1-3 right by the unit for quick entry and exit.
Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom that features big ocean views from the wrap around corner unit windows and a huge balcony over the pool. You can't find a nicer condo for your family to come and enjoy their beach vacation to the fullest. The condo is professionally decorated above most of your average condos at the beach and well appointed with all the linens and other amenities you will need, including beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. To say we were pleased with this unit is an understatement. It was beautiful, had plenty of room for all 7 of us, location was great, no contact check in or out and easy communication with the owners. We hope to be back!
