About this villa rental

A private home with full resort privileges, right at the gates of Zion. Check in at Flanigan's Resort, and the pool, hot tub, Deep Canyon Spa, Spotted Dog and hilltop labyrinth are all yours, steps from your door. Inside, it's made for two: gas fireplace, baby grand, deep soaking tub and red-rock cliffs on three sides. Walk 10 minutes to the park entrance and shuttle and leave the car parked all week.

THE HOME
A standalone home, all yours, on a private 1/3-acre setting on the historic Flanigan farm. About 1,200 sq ft, with huge windows framing Zion's red cliffs on three sides. It's quiet, romantic and made for slowing down.

SLEEPING (sleeps 4)
- King bedroom with a deep soaking tub and bidet seat in the bath
- Queen sofa bed in the living room for one or two more

LIVING
- Double living room with a marble gas fireplace, baby grand piano and original art from the owner's collection

GETTING AROUND
About a 10-minute walk to the Zion entrance and park shuttle, so you skip the morning parking scramble. Bryce Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are each about a two-hour drive.

ARRIVAL
Arriving is easy: check in at Flanigan's Resort at 450 Zion Park Blvd, and your villa is just steps away at 425. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, so you can hike all day and settle in by sunset. Our team is right here at the resort for dinner reservations, spa bookings and trail tips.

The villa was as described. Comfortable and convenient. The bed was AMAZING with a great mattress and bedding (I’m kind of picky). The staff were awesome. Loved everything about it.

Property is conveniently located in close walking distance to entrance of Zion Park but unfortunately , it is also on a very busyi and rather noisy road. We should have been warned.
