Gorgeous private house centrally located close to restaurants and shopping areas in a private neighborhood. The house has everything you need to make your stay a relaxing and memorable experienced. The house has internet, smart TV, ample room to relax after a day at the beach. It is near golf courses, 20 minutes away from Fort Myers beach near Sanibelle beach and not too far from Marco Island and Naples. If you are on a business trip there are accommodations for you have a comfortable space to work. The house is equipped with a laundry room brand new washer and dryer. Property as pictured. House was stocked with paper products and soaps. Kitchen had plenty of cooking pots and pans for our needs used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Cooler was filthy from previous user. Beautiful shower. Bed was alittle soft for me but that just my preference. We went out and bought new pillows. Easy access to get inside. Elmira was kind enough to give us a name and number of her endodontist. My husband needed a root canal. Also she and her husband came over to change a lightbulb. We didn’t have the tool to loosen the light fixture. All in all it was a good stay. Thank you Elvira

The check in procedure was very easy & the home was in a location that was pretty easy to find.Not sure the floors had been cleaned after it was rented the last time. Our feet would get dirty walking across the floor after a shower & there was an artificial fingernail on the floor in our daughters room.
