Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and free parking. We've provided all essentials, including Pack'n Play high chair, beach towels, chairs and cooler for the beach. Located just minutes from downtown restaurants local shops and supermarket. Fort Myers , Captiva and Sanibel beaches only 30 minutes away.

This is a lovely duplex. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend this property if you're planning a stay in Cape Coral.

The check in procedure was very easy & the home was in a location that was pretty easy to find.Not sure the floors had been cleaned after it was rented the last time. Our feet would get dirty walking across the floor after a shower & there was an artificial fingernail on the floor in our daughters room.
