3 Bedroom 2 Bath. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins and new sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 Living room has a sofa, three chairs, two end tables and coffee table. Dining room table seats six people and three bar stools are at the kitchen bar area. Fully furnished villa with stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, garbage disposal, refrigerator, toaster and 12 cup coffee maker. 3 flat screen TVs and 1 other TVs with free WiFi. Master bathroom has a separate soaking tub, shower only and double sinks. Master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Queen and twin bedrooms come with nightstands, dressers and closets in each room. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and one sink. This is a first floor villa with a patio. Patio includes 6 chairs and 2 tables. Hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways. Carpet in the bedrooms. Pets allowed up to 60 lbs. No smoking. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

It was a great vacation once again at Tupelo Bay Golf Villas. Our unit was on the ground floor and it was excellent. We all slept very well and the accommodation was excellent. I have never been so relaxed in my whole life. Close to the beach and did not want to leave!!!
