Esplanade Elegance #4 is a furnished apartment (Move In special 1/2 deposit) located in the extremely walk-able Bayou St. John/City Park/Fairgrounds neighborhood. Located just two short blocks from pedestrian entrance to the Jazz Fest, 1.5 mi from the French Quarters and mins from the Streetcar Line. This stunning Corporate Furnished 1BR/ 2BA apartment IS LOCATED ON THE 2nd floor of this historic home. Features 900 sq ft of living space, Full equipped Kitchen and washer / dryer available for tenants use. Small Pets 25lb under are allowed with a $500 non refundable Pet deposit. Kitchen include a stove/fridge, built in microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
All linens and towels are included in this unit, as well as cookware and dishes/utensils. This apartment is truly ready to be ENJOYED as home base for your Festival adventure! Public Transportation is conveniently accessible just one block from the house. The Street Car is just one half mile away. My family and I were in NOLA for 5 nights to celebrate my Mother in laws 70th birthday ! We were very happy with our stay, there was plenty of room for all of us. (2) kitchens! 4 full bathrooms! And we loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The location was close enough to everything we wanted to see, nothing was more than a 15 minute uber ride. You can even walk to city park! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and there was a grocery store near by that had everything you could need. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in New Orleans!

Layout of house is not good in relation to bathrooms and bedrooms. Home needs updating as there we’re some problems areas with the flooring, windows, and laundry equipment was not maintained well. TV use was not a priority, but better instructions to get them to work would have been nice. To use the upstairs, the wrought iron stairs we’re kind of scary at night and the front porch needs replacing. Home was clean and the neighborhood seemed safe and close to lots of things. Loved CC’s coffee shop a block away. Would I rent again, maybe but for the price I expected more. Jason was available when needed the most so no complaints there.
