Spacious and comfortable, this condo is located on the 10th floor of the newest Portofino Tower, Tower V, and faces the Gulf of Mexico. The professionally decorated residence has over1300 square feet of living space with 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It will comfortably sleep 6 people with a king size bed, two twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper. There is a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer & dryer. The open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows provides breathtaking views of the Gulf from EVERY room.

We really enjoyed the pool area. My only complaint was that the concierge at the clubhouse pointed out my granddaughter and her friend to a security guard. He followed them out of the building and stood over them when they stopped to put on their shoes. He never said a word but glared at them with his arms crossed. They have no idea why but it really freaked them out and put a downer on our entire trip. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the beach access.

Our stay was top notch. The views were fantastic and got a surprise visit from the blue angels one night. We will definitely be back. Our absolute favorite place to be!

The view was amazing. The location and resort was nice as well. The condo itself was not as nice as I had hoped. Furnishings were dated. King bed was very worn and soft. Door to the toilet room in the master would not close. Lock to the sliding glass door in the living room would not lock. This was concerning since we had young kids with us. The kitchenware was not nice at all. Some of the pans were dirty. The draws had not be cleaned out in a long time. There were no extra trash bags which ment I had to run to the store for trash bags the first day. It would have been nice to have a couple extra trash bags. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper. My biggest complaint is that the floors were dirty. We noticed on the first night that everyone's feet were black on the bottom. We figured out it was from the tile floors. Gross! We will not stay here again for that reason. I would definitely stay at Portoino again, just not in this unit.
