About this apartment rental
Wake up to a breathtaking Atlantic sunrise from this beautiful condo and its spacious oceanfront deck. Just steps from the gorgeous sandy beach and within walking distance to all amenities, this bright, beautiful one-bedroom unit offers a tiled bath, master bedroom with built-ins, granite kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, in-unit washer/dryer, elevator access, and much more. Claim your piece of oceanfront and savor the stunning sunrise every morning.
I ask that you keep noise to a minimum, even outside of quiet hours, so that everyone may enjoy their time here. No `parties` please.
A list of other, common sense stuff:
- Try to limit the amount of beach sand tracked in
- No smoking inside please
- No more than max guests listed may stay overnight
- Additional on-site parking must be requested in advance
- Do not damage the property or it`s contents
- No illegal activity of any kind
- Notify me as soon as possible in case of emergency
- No Parties
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am

You can’t beat the location of this condo! We love it here. We used our own sign in for the TV WHICH wasn’t on much anyway. We reached out to the PM for the few issues we had. Unfortunately there was no response. Still love it here.

There is a pigeon nesting over the light on the porch. Thus the porch and railing has to be cleaned every morning. Also, the TV access is too conplicated.

This condo is in a great location. It was everything we expected. We had a wonderful time.

Location is great key code didn’t always work cleaner didn’t do a good job I had to clean every thing when we got there lights didn’t work or burned out spoke to the managers husband to let him know but didn’t come to fix or show us how to put the kitchen lights on. I would go again but next time be aware of cleaning and light situation . We left it cleaner than we got it
