Welcome to this recently renovated contemporary and spacious two bedroom, two bath corner unit condo located on the Dolphin golf course at exclusive Ocean Reef, a private Club in tropical Key Largo, Florida. The master bedroom looks out onto the 17th green, includes a king size bed, 20 inch flat screen TV and private bathroom with 'his' and 'her' restoration hardware sinks and new stand up bench shower. The master walk-in closet includes Elfa shelving that makes storing your clothes and personal items very convenient.

The 'kids' room has a two queen beds. The bedroom connects to a bathroom, complete with a separate vanity area with a 60 inch restoration hardware sink and a carrerra marble top. Also in this section is a small stackable washer and dryer for small loads of laundry. In the full bath section there is a new restoration hardware sink and full size bath tub and shower. This configuration allows several children or adults to get ready comfortably before heading out for the evening.

The entrance hallway separates the 'kids' bedroom from the living area of the condo and opens up to the U shape designed modern kitchen. All appliances are new and the kitchen is 'fully equipped' with dinnerware and cooking accessories giving families the option of home cooked meals. A banquette was built in to allow for spacious comfortable dinning that can seat up to 10.

The Living area has a leather couch and two large sitting chairs, plus 2 additional chairs. For entertainment there is a 46 inch flat screen TV equipped with cable and internet access. The living area has two sets of glass sliding doors that open up to a screened-in porch with two very comfortable lounge chairs, a bistro table and seating that provides a beautiful golf course view and serene atmosphere to enjoy morning coffee, a nap or sunset glass of wine.

This condo is a great retreat while enjoying all that the Ocean Reef has to offer. Ocean Reef is a private club on a 6,000 acre private resort community located on the northern tip of Key Largo, Florida. For decades, the words private and exclusive have become synonymous with Ocean Reef. It is known for its unparalleled yachting and diving waters, exceptional club service, and wide array of activities.

The secluded setting of the Club makes it – by today’s standards – a worry-free world. Ocean Reef is surrounded by water on three sides and a 24 hour manned gate on the fourth. Only members and invited guests are admitted through the Front Gate, into the airport or into the canals. For this reason, the U.S. Secret Service has called Ocean Reef one of the most secure communities in the United States. There are many ways to get to Ocean Reef. It is just 55 miles south of Miami International Airport, 80 miles south of the Ft. Lauderdale International airport for those arriving by commercial carriers and car. There is a 4,000-foot airstrip which allows members to land their own aircraft or arrive by chartered aircraft. If arriving by boat, Ocean Reef is just 28 nautical miles south of Miami.

Ocean Reef offers an abundance of amenities and services inside its gates, all of which are easily accessible by golf cart or bicycle (which I rent with a signed agreement). Onsite recreational facilities include two 18-hole championship golf courses, eighteen clay tennis courts, tennis facility offering lessons, clinics and round-robin tournaments, two croquet courts and lawn bowling. A luxurious 175-slip marina hosts some of the finest yachts in the world. Deep-sea, coral reef bottom and back country fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving trips, glass-bottom boat tours and sunset cruises are available through the marina. Guests also enjoy Buccaneer Island which is the center of fun at Ocean Reef and offers a wide array of activities everyday. There is an Olympic-size and a large family pool , swimming lanes, Jacuzzi, 10 acres of white sandy beach and salt water lagoon, all which are connected to beach volleyball, children's swing set and jungle gym. There is a cultural center that offers recent movies and live performances from a wide array of music genres. The new state of the art fitness facility opened in December 2012 which includes a full-service Spa and Salon. There is a quaint fishing village offering an array of boutiques and eateries which include Vineyard Vines, Orvis, Ocean Reef sSignature Shop, Raw Bar and my kids favorite Reef Treats!
