About this villa rental
Beautifully decorated one bedroom/ two bath golf villa, ground floor, overlooking the 6th hole at beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. Accommodations include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom and living room are all equipped with TVs, DVDs, cable (including HBO) and free high speed internet with Wifi. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes washer and dryer for all the comforts of home!
Our resort is one of the finest full service beach resorts in Panama City Beach, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include a 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities & live music, Pizza , Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Hair Salon, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, basketball/shuffle board courts & 11 lighted Tennis courts.
This condo is no smoking, we do not allow pets, and resort rules require that renters MUST be 25 years of age. Rates do not Include 13% Tax. We require full payment of the rental fee to confirm your reservation. Cancelation policy: 100% refund for cancelations more that 60 days before check-in date. 50% refund(minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in. Cancelations must be made by 11:59:59pm on the appropriate day. Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am.

We have stayed at this cute clean condo several times and have always enjoyed our time here. The condo and condo complex have always been clean, quiet and well kept. We would absolutely recommend this condo

Hello, first off I would like to say that Robert maintained good communication throughout my trip and offered a very affordable stay. However, I do want to offer a few details about the villa. The villa’s location is good, very private and quiet. The place looks like the pictures, nothing crazy but serves as a fine abode. One of the reasons I got this place was for its reviews on cleanliness, but this was probably my biggest plight with the place. From first glance things are fine, but there’s a decent amount of dust around the place, like on the fan’s lights above the bed. The garbage disposal also made a scary sound when I happened to turn it on and it smelled bad. The bed was nice and I slept very well in it, but I did find quite a few dark hairs on the pillows and between the comforter and on the walls and ground…just kind of all over. I informed Robert of this on the first night and he had his house keeper come and change the sheets the next day, so I was able to sleep soundly after that. She also changed the shower liner for me because it was growing mold, and did some light dusting. The blinds are struggling, I will not lie…so I tried not to touch them at all or else the panels would fall/break. I didn’t really use the kitchen, but there’s plenty of dishes to cook and eat with from what I could see. The beach was nice and check in was easy, but my showers were also cold half the time and I never found the route of that problem. Anyways, that’s it, my honest review!
