We have a row boat, 6 kayaks, and 2 canoes at your disposal. A large deck, with gas grill, awaits your daily catch.
WALKING distance to Sunset Beach, (Lake Michigan Public Beach), The Ice Cream Shoppe, Ketch 22 food truck, and Bowens Creek Coffee Shoppe. Take a stroll and enjoy the Conservancy, with ice cream in hand!
Perhaps a day trip up renown M22, or a hike at Arcadia Dunes, is more your liking! Splendid.

If you are looking for a quiet get away to the Great Lakes, this is a wonderful option. Arcadia is a small, quiet village with a fantastic beach, dunes, hiking and mountain bike trails. Enjoyed visiting Franfort and Elberta just north. House was roomy and nice.

We stayed for a week and had so much fun. The yard is very large and provided plenty of space for outdoor games. The view of the lake and marsh are fantastic. We strolled over to the marsh several times. There are plenty of things to do close by. We went to the beach a few evenings for sunset. The house had everything we needed. The rooms are nice and comfortable with plenty space for all of us. The kitchens had everything we needed to make great meals. Would stay here again for sure. Communication was good and timely.

Thank you for a phenomenal retreat! We had three generations staying with a variety of interests.
This home was located near the beach where we were able to swim and play, walk to the ice cream store, local food truck and coffee shop.
Some of our group played golf at Arcadia Bluffs (both courses) just minutes away.
We shared Frankfort, lighthouses, beaches, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Glen Arbor and Glen Haven with our family from out of state.
The view of Arcadia Marsh was beautiful! The walk on the path allowed us to see many local birds, plants, deer and other wildlife.
The local people were welcoming and very informative about the scenery and trails nearby.
We enjoyed the fire pit with s’mores a few evenings. Kayaking was an option as well. We sat on the deck with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening watching the movement of the water.
We highly recommend and will be contacting again when we return to the area.
