About this house rental
Private and relaxing retreat abutting conservation land in a quiet wooded setting. The home is the only building on a large private lot with plenty of room and grass for the kids to play on or to have a great BBQ dinner in the yard!
Our home is in immaculate condition and has been designed to provide a perfect Nantucket vacation. Short walk to 2 white sand beaches, private tennis courts and great location are only some of the fantastic amenities that set this home apart from other properties We take great pride in providing excellent amenities and outstanding customer service. On-island caretaker is available to assist you if necessary.
Five minute walk to North Shore Beach on private path, ten minute walk to Madaket Harbor beach, and ten minute bike ride to spectacular sunsets at Madaket Surf beach. Bike path leading to all parts of the island is one minute away. We are also a two minute walk from the Island Shuttle stop which will take you to most points on the island if you dont want to bring a car.
High vaulted ceilings, beautiful gourmet kitchen with custom cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and all cooking accoutrements (owner is a professional chef).
Dine in either the inside dining area or on the large deck which features Long Pond and forest views. Living room bluetooth sound system, Hi Def digital TV and high speed wireless broadband access throughout the house. Please note that we do not have cable, we do have Apple TV available for you. Feel free to bring your own device if you'd like.
Master bedroom has king-size bed, private door to outdoor deck. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Plenty of storage in each bedroom and lots of storage and counter space in the bathroom.
Outdoor shower adjacent to downstairs bathroom and laundry room.
BBQ, propane and grilling tools right outside the back door.

This is our second time staying at the Pineapple house. We absolutely love the location. You can walk to a beautiful trail to 40th pole beach, quick access to south beaches and Smith’s point, and Millie’s. Drive to town is very easy and you can avoid summer island traffic easily. Love having shuttle option close to the house and having tennis courts access. The house is perfect for two couples or family of four. We loved taking our dogs for walk around neighborhood in the morning and down the beach path. House has everything you need, is comfortable, love having a/c and the outdoor shower. Adam is a thoughtful host and available anytime you need him. We will be back to stay at this wonderful gem!

We loved the Pineapple house! It was perfect for my partner and I and had a couple visit mid week. We appreciated being able to have our furry friend too. The house is very thoughtfully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed. I appreciated all the labels throughout the house and even the charging stations. We also appreciated having the flexibility of a/c in individual rooms when needed. We would absolutely rent here again and hope to again soon!

We had a delightful stay at the Pineapple House! It’s a cheerful place for couples in a quiet neighborhood. It’s equipped with a well stocked kitchen for eating in. Stairs up to living space might be a challenge for some.

The location near Madaket, including Millie's, a short walk to beautiful 40th pole beach, and easy access to town via the Wave was ideal for our family vacation without a car. The house itself was your typical no frills beach house that could use some updating (including newer beach gear, which was provided). I guess I expected a bit more for the cost in terms of amenities, cleanliness and space, but the place came as advertised (and it is Nantucket during prime season after all). One of our favorite things was the easy walk to the beach to watch the sunsets with takeout from Millies.
