Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. We have stayed at this house before and it's location is great but you can obviously tell that the owners aren't worried about putting any money back into it. The a.c. will not keep up. It was 80 degrees in the house our first two days and nights. It was terrible 😞 The management company was very nice they sent the a.c. company out 3 times but they finally said the third time that there was nothing they could do and that the unit couldn't keep up with both floors. We called the management company and told them they had to do something and that we were not going to stay for 14 days like that so they came and put 2 window units in. It made it a lot better! We paid over $5000 for 2 weeks and these owners should put some of that money back into the place. They obviously figure it will rent anyways because it's on the beach but dang that sucks. We had to bring tools to fix the decking that were hazardous. Overall this vacation was great but I don't think we would stay at this house again which is sad since this is the third time we've rented it.

Everytime I needed something it was upstairs. My fault not theirs. The building was beautiful and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay

Half bath sink stopper downstairs stuck. One side of blinds to back porch stuck. Kitchen cabinet door broken off. No kitchen sponges to wash dishes and only one kitchen towel. Ceiling fan in master BR doesn’t work. Lighting above Master sink missing. No way to rinse off feet when coming in from beach. We used the neighboring condo’s hose.
