Costa Rica Rental by Owner: Las Pomas #3 - Situated in the best, most secure location in Playa Del Coco - Las Palmas. The condo is a two bedroom, 1-1/2 bath gem situated one block from the beach. The pool and laundry facilities are right outside your back door. The 350 sq. ft. roof-top deck is perfect for evening cocktails and star gazing. All amenities are available for your use & comfort while staying at the condo; full kitchen, bath & beach towels, bedding, A/C in bedrooms, cable TV, wireless internet, DVD player, etc. Supermarket and restaurants just steps away. The Liberia Airport is only a 30 minute drive and is your best place to fly into, if possible. There are 60+ flights a week, many from the US and Canada, and now Europe, too.

When a couple things are tightened up the place will be excellent. Unfortunately the cars drive too fast, especially at night. Do not drive at night, get a taxi.

our stay was made uncomfortable by the fact that there was no AC on the main floor
the toaster, microwave, and coffee maker worked well
the stove was difficult to use- no visible #'s and couldn't get anything to boil
the cookware could use updating, the frying pans were too worn out
