All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this one-bedroom condo in Orange Beach, Florida. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Florabama and easy access to the beach. While the unit doesn’t face the beach, the bay view was still very peaceful and enjoyable, especially in the mornings. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, though the furniture could use a bit of updating. That said, everything worked well and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely consider staying here again for the location and convenience!

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It had all of the items needed in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Loved watching the sunset and all the boats coming and going. The bunk room is located in the master closet which was a little awkward for us with teenagers having to walk through the master bedroom while we were trying to sleep, but would be perfect for little kids who go to bed earlier than their parents. Overall a great stay!!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! We drove from Kansas City to Orange Beach for our first post-COVID trip. It was also our first time in Orange Beach, so we were not sure what to expect. 1. Check in - we checked in without difficulty and had great communication from the property manager. I had hoped that the condo would be empty the night before our arrival (re: COVID) but it was occupied and hence we were unable to check in until just after 4pm. 2. Condo - it was SO clean! I was impressed, and felt safe from COVID standpoint. The room for kids was perfect for our kids, but would not be good for un-related adults (as it is the closet of the master bedroom and leaves little privacy). I think a nightlight in the closet would have been helpful. We also did not see additional bedding, but we were able to make do without it. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in the condo, and we enjoyed staying in the condo for many meals. The noise from the road below was louder than expected, but we were able to sleep through it and were not disappointed that we chose to stay on the Bay side instead of the Gulf. There was some construction going on around the building during our stay following Hurricane Sally, but it did not disrupt our stay.3. Phoenix IX - it was PERFECT for us. The beach was amazing and very close, but we did have a few cool/windy days so we were very thankful for additional amenities. The indoor pool was very warm - we were sad that we could not use the hot tubs, but understand the reasoning. We used the tennis court and had fun there as well - you had to sign up for a tennis time slot, which required us to schedule it. The tennis is directly above the condo and you can certainly hear it when there is a match taking place. One night there were people playing until nearly 11pm (tennis closes at 10pm) - I alerted the property manager and it did not happen again during our stay.4. The Area - location was perfect for us. Not much around other than Florbama. It felt private.5. COVID - mask mandate was still in place. Phoenix had up signs, but clearly not enforced. It was easy to avoid people, so we felt safe.6. Check out - we left early due to unreliable WiFi. I asked property manager if there would be a discount for leaving the afternoon before checkout and was disappointed that there was no response at all to my query. Fortunately this did not disrupt our overall experience.
