About this house rental
This renovated and tasteful home features four well appointed, large bedrooms (2 bedrooms have twin beds, one has a queen and one has a king). It also has two updated, full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs), as well as an outside sun shower. The first floor has an open flow with a brand new, modern kitchen that any chef would enjoy. There is also a comfortable family room with an HD TV and cable television. A large utility room features a full size washer and dryer. The house gets lots of light and comes with central air conditioning.
The backyard features a shady tree and a two car garage. A large porch at the front of the house (complete with a porch swing) is perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon. Lawn furniture and beach chairs are provided.

Although the listing pictures didn’t match the house we were in, it was a perfect house for our group attending a wedding. We especially enjoyed the bikes and the closeness to the village and the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen.

The house was well stocked, light, simple and in the BEST location. Being able to walk to Amagansett town AND the beach was awesome. House worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed. Couldn't recommend more highly.
