About this house rental
This renovated and tasteful home features four well appointed, large bedrooms (2 bedrooms have twin beds, one has a queen and one has a king). It also has two updated, full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs), as well as an outside sun shower. The first floor has an open flow with a brand new, modern kitchen that any chef would enjoy. There is also a comfortable family room with an HD TV and cable television. A large utility room features a full size washer and dryer. The house gets lots of light and comes with in-window air conditioners plus fans.
The backyard features shady trees and a two car garage. A large porch at the front of the house (complete with a porch swing) is perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon. Lawn furniture and beach chairs are provided.
A third floor attic can be used for storage or as an informal playroom.

Although the listing pictures didn’t match the house we were in, it was a perfect house for our group attending a wedding. We especially enjoyed the bikes and the closeness to the village and the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of nice thick towels in both bathrooms. Step in shower downstairs was easily accessible but tub in upstairs bathroom was high to step in to with no grab bar and it was slippery. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk from Atlantic Avenue Beach. Great location for exploring the area. Would stay here again.
