Sahara Majestic Luxury Camp

Camel ride into camp was incredible! The tour of the desert with Hassam was also wonderful, he is so knowledgeable! The small above ground pool was clean and refreshing. Stargazing here is a highlight and Hassam had great photography tips, very fun. We stayed 2 nights, I think that is the right amount.

When we arrived, our room wasn't ready despite my booking way in advance and communicating every step of the way about our arrival time. It seemed like perhaps they were overbooked and our first night we stayed in a room that didn't seem finished. It was among the new construction and the morning was loud with the noise of the construction. Luckily, they moved us the second night and it was much better. Water and electricity were spotty during our stay.

The family tent was spacious and very well decorated! The beds were really comfortable! Dinner and breakfast were very good. All the staff were polite, generous and friendly. We enjoyed their hospitality and the wonderful Sahara landscape!

There are no negatives!

The location was great. The service provided by Hassan and the staff was warm. They were accommodating and very friendly. One could actually walk to the dunes from the camp as it was at the edge. Travelling with a 4 year old kid in September we were worried but the weather was only hot during the afternoon (expected), so it would be better to stay outside the tent or near the pool.

Excellent experience camping in the desert. Hassan was a brilliant host “lovely bubbly” and would recommend
