A Shore Thing - Professionally designed home in modern beach community awaits you. Over 3200 sq ft with 4 private bedrooms + 1 loft extra sleeping + 1 open extra sleeping, 4-1/2 baths - sleeps 12. Three (3) levels with 1,800 ft of deck space overlook adjacent community pool. Our boardwalk to the beach is now golf cart accessible!

The 2nd floor features 3 large private guest bedrooms: a master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with queen size bed and 3rd bedroom with queen size bed. Common full size bathroom. All bedrooms on the 2nd floor open to a spacious covered deck for naps or separate socializing areas! Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The 3rd floor has breathtaking views during the day and night from the open deck. “watch the ships roll in”. This floor features the master suite with private bath and exclusive sunroom. Entertain your guests with open large kitchen and living area. Living area features 2 large sofas and chair to enjoy music and movies. We had our annual family trip with our in-laws and family. The elevator was so nice to have because the grandparents do not get around very well. The living/kitchen area was perfect for our large group. Plenty of sleeping areas to make everyone happy! Lots of balcony areas too.The walk to the boardwalk was not bad. We got a golf cart because the grandparents. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Shore Thing. Rosie, the host was great and quick to respond to questions and offered recommendations for golf cart rental. The house is beautiful, large and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. I had my 90-year-old mother was with us and the elevator made it easy for her to go from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor kitchen living area. Easy access to the beach with a ramp that goes from the neighborhood, over the dune. I do recommend renting a golf cart if setting up on the beach. The access to the pool is nice as it is next to the house. I recommend Shore Thing and I'm sure we will return.

The property itself was excellent....plenty of hang-out space, spacious bedrooms, and great views from every room. Unfortunately the smoke alarm started beeping the first night we got there....and while we were able to get it to stop temporarily, it continued to happen each day. We informed the host via text and she didn't reply until 18 hours later and said, "Ok thanks for letting me know. We will take care of it." Apparently that meant it would be taken care of after we completed our stay. So we had annoying smoke alarm beeping occur periodically throughout our entire stay, including in the middle of my 2-year old nephew's nap and at 7:30 am the morning of our check-out. The host didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience, and gave zero sense of urgency to the matter...even though everyone knows how annoying a smoke alarm beep can be. I also found a shard of glass about 1.5 inches long on the floor of the downstairs/ground-floor bathroom, which also didn't have any curtains or coverings on the window.
