The place was clean, well maintained, and had great attention to detail! Even the cooler had a little bags for our trash and napkins, and there were paper plates to bring to the beach along with two great beach chairs, and a beach umbrella! We loved Barefoot beach and could go for free thanks to the beach pass included with the rental. The communication with our host Shelly was also terrific, she responded to our questions via text as we were packing! Super responsive. My husband and I look forward to our next stay there!!

Property was immaculate. Kitchen had everything needed for making coffee, cooking, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Our host, Shelly had made dinner reservations for us and friends at The Turtle Club on the beach for Valentine’s Day. It was a great February getaway.

This place is fine. There were two problems. The air conditioner nearest to the bedroom was not working and one of the settings on the washer was not working. They did a nice job of leaving instructions and a list of restaurants.

This property is great for 2 ppl. Everything you need is available or close by. The house was very clean. Shelly & Dave were wonderful hosts & quick to respond. HIGHLY recommend.
