Our condo has amazing VIEWS OF THE OCEAN AND THE WEST MAUI MOUNTAINS.
We are VERY PROUD of our beautifully designed & upgraded unit. All of our guests LOVE our Fully Equipped Kitchen, Smart TV’s, Free Upgraded High-Speed Internet and upgraded beds. The bedroom has a super comfy CAL-KING-I-COMFORT (cool gel) bed. The living room is furnished for comfort with a rocker recliner and a sofa sleeper. The sofa bed is Air-Over-Coil Technology - “Air Dream ULTRA."
Our beautiful FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN is recently remodeled.
You’ll love the added convenience of our LARGE CAPACITY WASHER & DRYER. We have 2 Smart TV's, FREE High Speed Internet, 2 A/C units, 2 ceiling fans. We keep our condo beautiful and well equipped. It was professionally designed. (Scroll through the photos and enjoy the beautiful outside views as well as the peacefulness of the interior of our condo.) At the Maui Banyan, our units location is sought after because it is in the POPULAR 'H' BUILDING. As such it is only a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants, yet it is protected from the Kihei Road noise.
The interior of the unit was decorated by a Feng Shui Master and is 'simply beautiful.' It is alive in color and peaceful in nature. I have included a picture of every room in the condo - so you can see it all. And please READ THROUGH the entire listing including traveler's reviews so that you know what we have to offer you.

We've had 'rave reviews' from our visitors from as far away as Japan to the West and Germany to the East. ABOUT OUR CONDO: When you aren't appreciating the fantastic views or the ocean...there is always the amazing curved large screen smart TV with free cable and wi-fi. The bedroom has its own smart TV.
Truly a bargain, our unit offers facilities to make you feel completely at home away from home. For instance, there is a large capacity washer and dryer located in the unit along with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave. Of course our unit has two air conditioners and two ceiling fans.
In the living room, we have a COMFY COUCH (which turns into a QUEEN BED WITH A THICK MEMORY FOAM TOPPER for added comfort) and air conditioning. CEILING FAN OVER DINING TABLE adds cooling in the kitchen and living room. In our bedroom we have an amazing CAL-KING I-COMFORT BED, comfy sheets, a ceiling fan & air conditioner. Sliding doors create privacy between the bedroom and the living room. All linens and towels are provided. Of course we have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. We have boogie boards for your use. (We just ask that you take care of the items that you use and leave the top shelves of the owners closet for owners private use.)
Our unit is located 4 floors up in the H building and is situated perfectly so we don't hear noise from Kihei Road. Yet I can cross Kihei Road and be on the beach in less than two minutes. Our building is conveniently positioned...you can quickly jump in the ocean, yet it is far enough back from the road and protected by 4 front buildings that stop the traffic noice from reaching us. The units, being all concrete, are very quiet.
Maui Banyan is one of the NEWEST CONDOS within minutes of the South Kihei beachs. It boasts two amazing community areas. Both include covered patio/eating area, swimming pools, hot tubs, showers, restrooms, lounge chairs, several Weber BBQ'S. Enjoy the TENNIS COURT as well as beautiful tropical landscape.
The Maui Banyan is located ACROSS THE STREET from Kamaole Beach and Park II, one of Maui's most noted and BEST WHITE SAND BEACHES. Want another beach? Simply turn left on Kihei Road and enjoy Kamaole III beach which includes a large park with swings, BBQ's and picnic areas. Both beaches are world class, both beaches are an easy and quick walk and both beaches are less than than five minutes away. BOTH BEACHES HAVE INCREDIBLE SUNSETS, SNORKELING AND WHITE SAND. Kamaole beaches have restrooms and a lifeguard and are perfect for sunset picnics, sunning, boogie boarding, swimming, or snorkeling...or just enjoying a view of the sparkling turquoise waters and the tropical islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Molokini. Located in South Kihei, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Within minutes you can even walk to a grocery store (Hawaiian Moons.), restaurants and shopping.

First is the fantastic location of this property to everything we wanted. Walking distance to many great restaurants, across the street from Kamaole II beach park, close to everything anyone might need. It’s the Southern part of Kihei off of Keonekai Rd. We had a rental car and parking was included. The proximity of so many great restaurants within a block or two meant we didn’t use the car every day. It’s a very quiet condo. Two pools/spas, several top of the line BBQ’s if you feel the urge to do that (which we did one evening). The best sunsets are directly across the street, that we took advantage of many nights. We really wanted for nothing that wasn’t already there during our stay. A full size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Two full bathrooms, everything there you need. One bedroom, plus a “hide a bed” in the sofa in the living room. TV’s in the living room and bedroom. A furnished veranda with ocean view across the bedroom screened sliding door and the living room screened slider. Fully furnished, all dishes, pots, pans, food storage containers, and everything we could want in creature comforts we are used to at home. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas. The owner is fantastic to deal with! There is a handyman living in the complex the owner knows that will promptly fix anything that could go wrong. Two AC units in bedroom and living room/ceiling fans that we used during the day. Evenings were open doors, enjoy the ocean breeze.

This property has a very well equipped kitchen and all the beach amenities you need. The host always responds immediately to any question or concerns . Parking is easy and always available. Great place to stay!
