THE LOCATION...

Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residential community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. Within Truman Annex, Noah Lane is tucked away down a small cul-de-sac and is only a couple short blocks from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park beach. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. Just beyond Truman Annex is the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park - complete with a family friendly playground area and the Key West amphitheater.

Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

THE LIVING AREA...

From the moment you step foot inside, you'll immediately know NOONA'S MANSION is special home. You'll be greeted by a breathtaking view straight through the home to the pool, a one-of-a-kind luxurious kitchen and a living area that is large enough for a family reunion. Gather around the 60 INCH flat screen SMART TV to watch the big game or take in your favorite show, using the well-appointed living room furniture. The 10-foot high scissor doors on the back of the home open up the living area to form a spacious pavilion. The kitchen is fully equipped and with state-of-the-art appliances, including a Bertazzoni Italia six-burner gas range and double oven. The kitchen island is extra-large, with plenty of countertop space for prepping home cooked meals and includes bar seating for up to eight. For more formal meals, there is also a full dining table next to the kitchen with seating for eight. A convenient powder room is located just off the living area.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

• First Bedroom: Located on the first floor, with two twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request. The en-suite bathroom is handicap-accessible.

• Master Bedroom: Located on the second floor, with a lavish King bed, a large sitting room overlooking the water and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

• Third Bedroom: Located on the second floor, with two twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request and access to the front porch. Shares the full bath in hallway.

• Fourth Bedroom: Located on the second floor, with a Queen bed and front porch access. Shares the full bath in hallway.

• Fifth Bedroom: Located on the third floor, with two twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request and an en-suite bathroom.

• Sixth Bedroom: Located in a separate Guest House, with two twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request, an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette with small fridge.

THE PRIVATE POOL...

Fully fenced and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping for ultimate privacy, the beautiful backyard is sure to be a primary gathering place for your group. Spend those hot South Florida days cooling off in the private lagoon-style pool, which is sunny just about all day. The pool can be heated in the cooler months and features a custom rock waterfall. The surrounding deck is quite spacious with a propane BBQ grill, a full outdoor dining set, plenty of chaise lounges and a large remote control retractable awning for when you've had enough sun. One thing is certain: you'll never have enough of NOONA'S MANSION.

• Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
