About this bed and breakfast
A comfortable room with a queen bed and a private bathroom in a 100 yr. old farmhouse that we have turned into a traditional Bed & Breakfast. You’ll love the views, the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Our place is easy to find from Highway 2 or State Route 9. We are not far from Boeing and the Everett Marina. It's a quiet rural setting; you can wander through the orchard or enjoy the relaxing view from the patio. Our guestroom comfortably fits 2 adults.

We had a great time at Kathryn’s place! Breakfast was delicious and she was great company. Very personable and kind. Would recommend and we’ll be back!

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful including a delightful shower. I slept well because I felt extremely pampered. I’m sure I’ll be back again soon. It was only a mile from my family that I was visiting and very close to downtown Snohomish.

Had a friendly welcome and a kind host. Unfortunately room was not as advertised. Cluttered with boxes, sewing table and random “stuff” of owners. It was difficult to maneuver through the room, no where to relax inside. It felt like we were in someone else’s bedroom not a guest bedroom. I will not stay again. We left a day early - we were so uncomfortable. I do not recommend.
