About this villa rental
Villas Eden Blu Paradisio , located in a gated community , with private pool and 6 min walking distance from beach and town. Ocean view , 3 air-conditioned bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, living room with AC , flat screen TV with cable , a large bright fully equipped modern kitchen, plus a beautiful 40-foot lap pool with sun chairs.
The location is outstanding: 150 feet above sea level and an easy 5-minute walk to beautiful Playa Samara and center.
Situated on the only small hillside within the center of Samara Beach, The villa is the perfect spot to enjoy worldwild life and ocean views. Double-wide glass doors open up, connecting the kitchen, living room/dining room to the covered patio and pool area.
Screened windows from each room give you a bird's eye view into the surrounding hillsides where you can watch flocks of parakeets, families of monkeys swinging through the trees, kayakers heading to Isla Chora, or fishing boats headed out to sea.
Throughout the house, sober colors and modern materials create a very comfortable, relaxed feeling, while elegant architectural features like the glass entrance door and 13-foot 3D effect ceilings make it super-modern . Windows give the house a bright, open feeling. The master bedroom is very spacious. It has a king-size bed, tons of storage and closet space, and a large en-suite bathroom.The en-suite bathroom has a large glassed-in tile shower .
On the back side of the houses, the view of the dense jungle is spectacular and it's also a payhway for many monkeys ( los monos ) .
The villas are an easy 4-minute walk to Samara beach. just walk down our concrete road for about 100 meters, cross the street, and then walk 100 meters along a wide, shaded path, and you are at the entrance to the beach! Walk east for another 4 minutes and you will be at the center of town, close to banks, the very helpful Samara Info Center, grocery stores, surf shops and a variety of good beach-front restaurants.

Super easy communication, and stay. Hill to the house is a good workout if you’re walking to town and the beach like we chose to, but okay by our standards. The pool and view from the house at sunset is better than any picture. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful! The location, layout, cleanliness, and terrific host were second to none. We walked to town and the beach often. Perfectly appointed with all the amenities you could need. Definitely recommend this property!

This property is in a beautiful location. The pool is well maintained and has beautiful forest and ocean views. We loved the short walk to town and the beach. The town of Samara is great! We loved the food and nearby beaches. Despite these positives, I struggled to relax while staying in this home. We had a lot of problems from the moment we arrived. The front door was very difficult to open. The air conditioner in my daughters room leaked water all over the floor when it ran. It didn't get fixed until day 3 of our vacation. We love to cook but found this kitchen hard to cook in. Some items were absent (e.g. paper towels- at least a roll for the first night or two would be appreciated) or of poor quality (e.g. Knives were too dull to cut even a mango). When it rained, water came under the front door and made a river to the back door. The bugs inside the house were out of control. My husband spent about an hour every night swatting big red ants, spiders, and a few scorpions, looking for the ants points of entry and spraying them with raid, cleaning them out of our children's beds before we tucked them in, etc. I would expect some bugs when staying in the jungle but we had hundreds in the condo every night. When I spoke to the management company, they dismissed it, saying everyone has bugs. I appreciated when I contacted the owner that she asked the gardener to spray the exterior, but it didn't make much difference. Toward the end of our stay, my husbands detailed Raid spraying reduced them down to a reasonable number. Playing exterminator was not a relaxing way for him to spend his vacation. For my family, this rental didn't feel luxurious or relaxing.
