Tucked away at the end of a private road and approached by a tree-lined lane in a peaceful neighborhood, this inviting Sonoma retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing wine country getaway. With generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, your family or group will enjoy both comfort and privacy.
The newly refreshed pool area features a cascading waterfall from the elevated spa. A spacious poolside deck provides ample room to lounge, swim, and savor an evening barbecue after a day of exploring Sonoma’s renowned wineries and attractions.
This casually elegant split-level home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three spacious king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and two large hall-accessed bathrooms. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the lower level, with one bedroom opening directly to the rear patio. The middle level features the queen bedroom, while the upper level includes a king bedroom, a shared full bathroom, and a generous living room with a TV and dedicated desk area. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare memorable meals.
The home is just minutes from exceptional restaurants, world-class wineries, gourmet markets, scenic hiking trails, and cycling routes, and only five miles from the historic Sonoma Plaza.
Amenities include a washer and dryer, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, complimentary Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, and a barbecue grill. A large smart TV with Xfinity service is provided in the living room. All linens, paper products, and indoor and pool towels are included. Off-street parking is available for up to three vehicles.
Please note that this home is best suited for families and groups of friends seeking a quiet retreat. Because the pool is not fenced or covered, young children need to be supervised. As a note there are multiple levels inside and outside and just in case you are traveling with people who have mobility issues.
A summer pool-heating fee of $150 per four-night stay applies to all reservations from May through October; this charge is not assessed from November through April. Although we love pets, please inquire about the property’s pet policy before booking. Guests traveling with a registered service dog are kindly asked to notify us in advance. Parties and amplified music, indoors or outdoors, are not permitted in accordance with Sonoma County vacation rental regulations.

The property is lovely. The bedrooms are of a good size and well-appointed. Bathrooms are same right down to shampoo/conditioners/body wash. The kitchen has everything even papertowels and foil/wrap/zip-locs. The appliances are great. The grounds are well-kept. There are chairs/loungers - quite a nice layout. Relaxing, quiet.The location is also nice. Quick to get to Sonoma Plaza. Not far from Santa Rosa or even Napa. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is great overall. The checking process was super easy. There was not a regular coffee pot and the host got us one by the next day. The hot tub is not very hot which was disappointing. It was warm but not hot.

We enjoyed the layout of the home with 3 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. The large family room upstairs lift was well furnished for our 8 person group. The outdoor area was well kept - we did not use the fire pit so we cannot review it.

Check in was easy and owner sent very clear instructions. The area was beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked. The heated pool and hot tub were the highlight!
