The kitchen is well equipped with lots of work surfaces, a breakfast bar, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator, stove with an oven, microwave and kitchen utensils.
The bedroom has a comfortable King or, a queen size bed and the bathroom is private. The fittings are light, modern and simple.
There is a ceiling fan in each room and an economy air-conditioning unit. and there is a community laundry room on site.

The apartment is spacious, clean, the bedroom is air-conditioned, but we didn't even use it, as a fan in the bedroom was enough, as the temperature inside the apartment was always comfortable. There is enough of everything -- dishes, pots/pans, and even beach chairs and a cooler on wheels in the closet.

Anguilla is an island of beautiful beaches and people. You need a car to visit the beaches and great restaurants so James Place Apartments is a comfortable, quiet base from which to explore. Its spacious accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen so you don’t have to eat all your meals out. Everything is fresh and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom has AC. We loved our stay!

This was our second time staying at James Place and we didn't have any complaints neither time. Everything you need is provided and it's clean and comfortable. We love this place. Highly recommend.

The place was clean and roomy. Had everything we needed, and then some. The property manager was awesome! She gave a few tips for the area and when we had a small issue with the cable, she had it fixed in 10 min. They had plenty of parking and was super easy to find. Id stay here again.
