Wildlife viewing, hiking, mountain bike trails, and outdoor recreation all on a private working forest. US Forest Service backs up to the property for more outdoor exploration. Experience live silviculture practices such as timber falling, thinning, brushing, fire prevention, planting, and erosion control. The goal of Pratt Holdings LLC is to provide a health forest for next 8 generations to enjoy.

The cabin was clean well stocked and relaxing it was a beautiful place. The pond was stocked with hungry trout i think everyone caught at least 1 just walking the property was peaceful

This is the perfect place to get away from it all! Nestled in the mountains but only a minimal drive from Boise, ID, its a great place to enjoy natures best from a spacious home!So many great things to do! Our family and friends enjoyed the wonderful wrap around deck as well as hiking in the woods.We grilled dinner while watching the sun set and took breakfast on the deck to warm us up in the morning sun. While it is off the grid, it is by no means roughing it. There was a constant source of power and plenty of hot water. Amenities included a dishwasher, TV to watch Dish TV, games, a bizillion books (old and new), games, and movies but the best was the deck! And building a puzzle.We hung out at the pond, using the poles that were available and while we didnt catch any fish, we caught a ton of memories!This place is so worth your time! The owner is gracious and easy to contact and William is a wonderful caretaker with a wealth of knowledge! We enjoyed his company for several meals and hanging out by the pond!Ive rented many places before but this one is a place to come back too!
