This brand new 2 story home completed in 2017 comes with 4 large bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. An expansive first floor open space includes the kitchen, dining room and great room. Enjoy the amenities of granite counter-tops, ceramic tile baths, air conditioning and modern stainless steel appliances while surrounded by copious amounts of natural wood trim. The first floor master bedroom comes with its own bath including an extra large shower. The 3 upstairs bedrooms share an extra large bathroom with dual sinks.
Outside you'll find a covered patio and separate Amish built outdoor kitchen area within the quiet seclusion of this wooded property. Enjoy a short walk to the Lake Erie shoreline or sit on the patio and listen to the waves lap the beach. Pilots or aviation enthusiasts can watch the occasional airplane land at the adjacent lazy municipal airport.
