About this apartment rental
9th floor spacious family friendly oceanfront condo. Reserved covered parking spot. Two bedroom master with king bed, second bedroom with two queen beds, two full baths with linens included fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living area, laundry room with a washer and dryer, also a large beachfront deck to take in all the scenery. Close to the Gulf's longest fishing pier. Very relaxing and comfortable condo.

This condo is our new favorite! Very clean. A well stocked kitchen. Great view of the gulf. Comfy beds. Covered parking. Host was great. Simply the best! We are coming back to this unit.

We have stayed at the Regency before but this specific condo was our favorite. The spacious condo was accommodating for a party of 6. There was sufficient space for lounging in the living room, the kitchen table, and the kitchen was fully furnished with all things we needed for cooking.
The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect on the beach. Just a short walk to the pier if you wanted or just far enough to feel comfortable swimming. There were no umbrellas setup in front of our room so we were able to use our own canopy which we prefer. We would certainly stay here again and recommend 11 out of 10 for anyone who asked to about this property.
The security staff was amazing as well. I cant remember her name but we shared supper with her a few nights. She always made sure she was checking for our bands and remembered faces after 1 day. She made the stay feel even more comfortable and like home.

The property could use some updating on linens,bedding mostly especially the pillows. The cookware was not what we expected for this price range. Location was perfect but the furniture was very uncomfortable but we are older people who spend a lot of time indoors.
