Discover the charm of a quiet, waterfront location. Enjoy sunsets over the water at this lakefront beauty. The cul-de-sac location offers solitude away from busy streets yet close (walking distance) to the neighborhood shops. It's just 1000 feet to the ocean & some the east coast's best beaches - literally a 5-minute walk across community boardwalks. You can reach off-road, 4-wheel drive, beach access one mile to the south.
SURFDANCER is a gorgeous lakefront property with two master bedrooms, a large great room, a well equipped kitchen, and includes a community pool and tennis. The entry level has an enclosed outside shower, fish prep table, storage space for surf- and sail-boards beneath the house, under house entry with concrete driveway, and great parking.
The second level offers a lakefront master bedroom (king bed) with private full bath, a second bedroom with two singles opening to a shaded deck, a third bedroom with two bunk beds, a full bath, and a utility room with large washer and dryer.
The top floor features a second master bedroom (queen bed) facing the ocean, with a private deck and a full bath next to it. Also on the top level, you will find a large vaulted great room with spacious dining area and well-equipped kitchen and deck overlooking the lake. SURFDANCER is the perfect affordable vacation spot!

We loved this home. Above what I was expecting. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad, house was clean, had everything we needed. Do wish there was a hot tub! Would definitely stay again!

Only one thing the house needed that was a small inconvenience to us was no bed sheets and no towels for the 3 bathroom’s. Everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was so perfect for the luxury of vacation. It was convenient to groceries and food options. The beach access was close. The neighborhood was really friendly. Bay view was gorgeous. Owner was responsive. Will stay here again!

Pros: close walk to the beach. Close to Food Lion and other stores. Good space in the house.
Cons: I'm not sure what is stipulated to be cleaned by the professional cleaners, but they may need to expand to more areas of the home, or they need to do a better job. The ceiling fans all had a layer of dust visible that would have accumulated over months, versus days. And the fans were very wobbly when in use.. One bathroom had a layer of dust where the tile meets the wall. It is bring your own linens, but I think you should be your own everything. Two of the mattress pads were visibly dirty, and so I laundered them on a rival. I did not use the blankets provided. Some of the wooden chairs on the decks showed signs of weather rot and seemed unstable. The outdoor screened area had a door with no screen and the screens in the windows were torn away in some places. The TV in the one master allows for connection to Netflix, but the main living room doesn't, so you have to watch DVD or VHS. The cable is a very basic package. There is a vacuum for guests to use but we found it to have inadequate suction. Overall, this house could be nice, but it needs some updating and a thorough cleaning. Also,, the body of water in the back has alligators in it. This can be expected in the South, but it should be mentioned as some people may have their child kayak on the water.
