About this house rental
the home has granite throughout and has recently been refurnished. the home sleeps four golfers very comfortably with a master bedroom, one queen b/r and a regular b/r with a fold out bed in the office. all bedrooms have cable tv along with the family room. the kitchen is equipped dishes and cooking utensils. the patio has propane BQ, outside fireplace, and heated spa and splash pool. sunrises and sunsets are incredible as the back of the home overlooks pinnacle peak and surrounding mountains. the home boarders the world renowned troon north monument golf course. upscale restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets are a short distance away.

We spent two weeks here and it was just terrific. Super location. The home was extremely clean, well furnished and the outdoor area is fantastic. Upon arriving we had just one glitch: the water heater which was replaced just prior to our arrival, wan't working. We contacted Ted, and he immediately had his folks come out, and ultimately another new unit was quickly installed. Ted's responsiveness, outstanding communication and proactiveness was greatly appreciated. It's a wonderful home, and we'll be back next year.

We spent two enjoyable weeks at this house, and found it to be a great place for adults and older teens!Internally, the house has a great lay-out with beautiful furnishings and was impeccably clean when we arrived. The description of no ice maker is true, so we just bought ice. The kitchen has the bare basics for cooking, and could use a bit more in the way of oven pans and various cooking/BBQ utensils. But, there was plenty of serving/glasses/plates, etc.The back patio is a fantastic place to sit. We enjoyed the BBQ, propane fireplace, sun, covered porch, waterfall and large hot tub. It is quiet, feels very private and has great views. One note, the hot tub can double as a small soaking pool when not heated, but it's really just for getting wet, not swimming. The separate water "pool" behind it is just wide enough to step in and get wet, but also not for swimming. It does work well with the waterfall for ambiance. We weren't that interested in swimming, so it all worked really well for us.The location was great. The neighborhood is very nice, feels safe and is well-kept. My husband walked to nearby hiking trails daily and reported that they were well-maintained and close by. There are also a number of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. within reasonable driving distance.Finally, we found the owner to be very responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Overall, would highly recommend this property.
