About this cottage rental
This family house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a toilet, a huge living room as well as a huge kitchen; gardens that will fall in love with you, which are taken care of by me and by my gardener Jesus. The Saja River is in front of the house where you can bathe in summer, because there are natural pools along it. In addition to enjoying the house, the enclave is idyllic, bucolic, it is a valley surrounded by mountains, which are prepared for long and short routes.
You can enjoy places to eat very close. Of the villages with their popular architecture. Santander is 50 km away, the beaches 30 minutes away (Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera)

My family and I stayed at this home for a week, and from the moment we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. The property is simply stunning—beautiful, peaceful, and so inviting. The soothing sound of the river, the meticulously maintained gardens, and the cozy, charming interior create a truly idyllic retreat.
Adela and Fernando are exceptional hosts. They responded promptly to all our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests on the spot. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only reason I gave 4 stars in the "online listing" category is that the address on the Vrbo app was incorrect. Unfortunately, it led us up a mountain where we got stuck for a few hours. We informed the hosts, and I wanted to highlight this issue here so Vrbo can update the property’s address and prevent future guests from having a similar experience.
Despite this minor hiccup, we had an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to return!
