The property was kepts very clean for when we arrived. The house was perfect for our needs as it was just my wife and I. The place was very cozy and located in a very lovely town in green mountain falls. Highly recommend! And take a trip to The Pantry for breakfast one morning. Great food and people!

We fell in love with The Holiday House and Green Mountain Falls five years ago. We decided to make a return trip and we weren’t disappointed. The house and the town are just as amazing as we had remembered it to be.

This cute little house felt like home and was so cozy to spend the week in. It truly felt like we were in a snow globe on the few days it snowed. The location is so convenient and close enough to things as well.

The space is perfect for 2 and the view as you step outside is lovely. We spent most of our time outside having coffee or lunch taking in the views of the mountains and the wildlife (tons of beautiful birds, deer and baby doe live nearby). You can make your way up to the bottom of the falls in about 5 minutes (top of the falls in 10-15) and there is tons of hiking as well. We spent both days at the falls enjoying the outdoors and all it has to offer. This place is in a great location and the neighbors were wonderful. We will definitely be returning AND we live in CO! We know the beauty of this state and this is a nice find! The house is just as it seems. Perfect and cozy!
