About this house rental
Enjoy your quiet family get-away in a lovely, newer construction beautifully decorated cape with central air. Just a couple-minute bike ride/walk from Pleasant st beach and nearby to Ridgevale and Red River beaches, all safe with warm water, waves, great shelling and wonderful tidal pools. This fabulous family vacation home includes a finished basement with a ping pong table, stereo and game table with chairs for the kids to escape to after a day at the beach or on one of those rare, rainy Cape summer days. Your back yard will be the Red River conservation area. Enjoy the morning visits of Mrs. Fox, along with constant sightings of, rabbits, squirrels, turkeys and chipmunks. Includes the 'Best outdoor shower in Chatham' with dual shower heads. Just a short drive to the most wonderful downtown on Cape Cod - Chatham, well-known as the best shopping and restaurants on the Cape or equally as lovely Harwich Port with many fabulous restaurants. It is also a very short drive to some wonderful fresh water lakes nearby. Downtown Chatham features their wonderful, family friendly Friday Night Band Concerts - a kids favorite. Enjoy the best-priced baseball anywhere when you watch the Chatham Anglers of the famous Cape Cod Baseball League. Finally the bike path is close to the top of the street and you can either ride to downtown Chatham or head in the other direction towards Dennis. Truly the best and most reasonably priced vacation you can find in the Northeast.

We found the property to be clean, spacious, and well equipped. The property's location is excellent for touring the outer half of the Cape. A lovely beach is just 2 minutes away. Cannot beat that.
Owner was very helpful and attentive. We will consider staying here again the next time we travel to the Cape. A top notch house.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. We love the location of the property. Great house for our family of 3 visiting this time.
Embarrassed to admit we locked ourselves & the host was super responsive & had us back inside within quickly.
