"Feels good staying here! We built this house with our own hands. We chose materials and a design that we loved and we think you will too! There are ash hardwood floors, custom white pine trim and mahogany decks. The interior has an open-concept floor plan inviting abundant natural light.
Guests must agree to a rental contract prior to booking."
The Space:
"The house is perfectly located in the center of the Berkshires. It is no more than 10 minutes from Lenox, Lee, West Stockbridge and Great Barrington. Central heating and air conditioning as well as other great features. Guest access to near by swimming, skiing, apple picking, fall foliage views, hiking, theater, and great restaurants. I live near by and I am happy to assist any time there are questions. My Dad is retired in the area and is also available to help. There is a sidewalk in front of the house that goes to town. The neighborhood is great for walking, jogging, or bike riding."

Spring is an awesome time of the year in the Berkshires. However, we do not see high demand and so the prices are great!

The house was in a great and easily accessible location. We enjoyed the many comfortable bedrooms, the kitchen and the light that fills the house. The property is very nice and we imagine being there in the warm weather would be an added bonus. The little terraces/balconies were tempting!

The communication with the owner, Teva, was exceptional and appreciated as we had plenty of questions. I was initially concerned about the road noise we would hear when being outside, but between the kids playing and enjoying our music on the Sonos speaker it was no issue at all. Indoors, we could not hear it at all.The grounds on the property are expansive and the kids had a blast exploring all around (yet, the parents felt safe because they were contained and never 'too far'). We particularly enjoyed the fire pit, the hammock and the side deck seating. The inside of the home is beautiful - architecturally interesting and provides plenty of room for everyone. As others have noted, the welcome goodies were top-notch! The extra touches like that, the speakers, plentiful supplies of bedding/towels/household items made the stay super easy for us and meant less to pack.This was our first time to the Berkshires and it did not disappoint. I'm so happy we picked a home that was in such close proximity to all the local destinations (truly in the middle of everything). We highly recommend saying hi to the happy cows and enjoying the fresh ice cream at High Lawn Farm (in Lee). Also, a hike to the top of Momument Mountain will give you a view well worth your efforts!Thanks, Teva and Berkshires for an excellent COVID-fall break we'll never forget!
