Welcome to Cannington Home Accommodation House 6.
Our properties are located 12 km from the Perth City. Only few minutes drive to Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre (largest shopping mall in WA). All houses are easy to find and access to main road and public transports. It come with full kitchen utensils for cooking requirement. Fully-furnished. This property consists of 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms which can sleep up to 10 people.
Lounge room come with reverse-cycle (heat or cool) air-conditioner. Close to Curtin University. Double-garage with remote.

We only accept credit card either Master Card or Visa Card. We require Credit Card as a security deposit. Credit cards payment will be processed and must be received 7 days prior to check-in.
Payments made by Mastercard or Visa will attract an additional charge of 2% for merchant fees.
DEPOSIT:
We require a $200.00 security deposit to be paid on confirmation of your booking. The deposit is non-refundable if any cancellation.

Property was clean and all the thing that we needed. There a lot bedroom and bed for a big family. Great family holiday in Perth. The property is near to shops and airport.

This is a lovely spacious place. Some minor attention to a few things would make this tip top - the towels were old, there is about 20 mismatched dinner plates but only 5 bowls and wouldn’t be enough cutlery for 10 (was enough for us 5). Couch only comfortably fits 3, and the small outside area definitely needs some love. (Furniture in advertisement for this place isn’t same as what was there). There is a BBQ outside which was handy, although sign outside says owners not responsible for its cleanliness.
This the first time I have ever stayed anywhere and there was no teabags, sugar, UHT milk for arrival, there are no pantry staples at all. There are lots of cleaning products which is great. Rooms are spacious, linen very clean and beds super comfortable. Water pressure in ensuite is great and air cons in every room. We found location to be awesome. Communication with host easy. Would recommend and would stay again as if definitely value for money.
