Rooms were gorgeous and spacious in an old-style Thai teak house; Breakfast exceeded any expectations prepared by the house manager which was super kind and welcoming.

Everything. The old charm of northern Thai style house but equipped with modern amenities that feels like a treat to stay there. Great location walking distance to important local attractions. The lady was super friendly and helpful who went extra miles to make your stay comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. The best stay of this Thailand trip so far. Will definitely be back for my next Thailand visit.

This is a lovely period house, so charming, quiet and very comfortable.
The breakfast was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked with local treats too.
And as for our host she is such a smiley, friendly and helpful lady. You really couldn’t wish for a better place to stay

The house was beautiful, our host was lovely, the breakfast each morning was delicious (and interesting!!)
Aircon in the room very good!
Honestly, everything was great. The bed is quite firm, and would have liked a slightly softer pillow, but everything else was amazing.
