This is a lovely period house, so charming, quiet and very comfortable.
The breakfast was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked with local treats too.
And as for our host she is such a smiley, friendly and helpful lady. You really couldn’t wish for a better place to stay

The house was beautiful, our host was lovely, the breakfast each morning was delicious (and interesting!!)
Aircon in the room very good!
Honestly, everything was great. The bed is quite firm, and would have liked a slightly softer pillow, but everything else was amazing.

Beautifully appointed B&B. Our room was very clean and adorable. We loved the morning breakfast which was in a beautiful dining room and delicious- best omelet we’ve had in Thailand. The host was so sweet and helpful.
Road noise was loud and led to a sleepless night, even with earplugs. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Water in shower was just warm. This is more of a hostel and the value for the high price was just not there for us.

Beautiful old teak house! Breakfast was simply the best experience! Staff were so super friendly.
Great location! Quick walk to the old palace and graffiti street!
One of our two rooms had a toilet not attached to the room, you had to access it via a communal space. The bedroom also had the communal fridge and TV space directly outside the door.
